Dr. Allred is board certified in family medicine. She received her MD from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her residency training at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency in Grand Junction, Colorado. She is passionate about wellness, nutrition and helping her patients to become advocates for their own health.
Her interests outside of medicine include writing, reading, exercising and spending time with her family.

Dr. Rode is board certified in family medicine. He earned a BS in biology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and subsequently received his MD from Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He completed his residency training at Family Medicine of SW Washington in Vancouver, Washington. Dr. Rode has enjoyed practicing medicine in Central Oregon for over 15 years. In addition to practicing family medicine in Central Oregon, Dr. Rode has spent many years providing care in rural hospitals around the state of Oregon. Currently he is accepting new patients with most commercial insurance.
His interests outside of medicine include enjoying the Central Oregon outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Doug Thomas, PA-C
Doug has been a physician assistant for over 20 years. His prior work experience includes cardiology, otolaryngology, primary care, and emergency medicine. After completing his undergraduate education at Oregon State University he went on to work as an EMT, for four years before entering the Physician Assistant Program at the University of Utah, School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. In his time away from the clinic Doug enjoys being outside and spending time with his wife and kids skiing, biking or spending time on the rivers and lakes.
