Dr. Allred is board certified in family medicine. She received her MD from the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her residency training at St. Mary’s Family Medicine Residency in Grand Junction, Colorado. She is passionate about wellness, nutrition and helping her patients to become advocates for their own health.
Her interests outside of medicine include writing, reading, exercising and spending time with her family.

Dr. Rode is board certified in family medicine. He earned a BS in biology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and subsequently received his MD from Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, Oregon. He completed his residency training at Family Medicine of SW Washington in Vancouver, Washington. Dr. Rode has enjoyed practicing medicine in Central Oregon for over 15 years. In addition to practicing family medicine in Central Oregon, Dr. Rode has spent many years providing care in rural hospitals around the state of Oregon. Currently he is accepting new patients with most commercial insurance.
His interests outside of medicine include enjoying the Central Oregon outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his family.

For over 19 years, Diklah has worked in the healthcare profession. She attended Stanford University’s PA program specializing in primary care. She has worked in emergency medicine, urgent care and orthopedic surgery. Prior to PA school, she worked as a certified athletic trainer, paramedic, wildland/volunteer firefighter and EMT/paramedic instructor.

At West Bend Family Medicine, Megan offers primary medical care to all ages, Psychiatric care and evaluations, Addiction Medicine that includes Suboxone supported treatment, CDL physicals, and acute and chronic health care services.
Megan will complete her post graduate degree in Psychiatric Mental Health this Spring. She looks forward to adding mental health services to her family practice model of holistic care. She has a passion to develop a care plan that is individualized, compassionate, and reflective of patient centered health and wellness. She has a passion for serving rural populations and believes in the importance of health education and patient advocacy. She looks forward to bringing her skills and “aloha” spirit to our community and getting to know you and your family to build trust and develop a working relationship centered on integrity and partnership.
